The pre-attack animation of Spin attack lasts for 26 frames, and then attack every 12 frames. In contrast, the pre-attack animation of a ordinary attack only 8 frames and attack every 14 frames.

That means you need to continuously attack 9 times for Spin attack to be faster than ordinaryl attack. If you use the gamma buff skill, Spin attack can be slightly accelerated, but it still needs to 10 frames for every attacks, and you still need to continuously attack 5 times to be faster than normal attack.

However, in DST, hardly any mob allows players to safely attack for such a long time without being interrupted. This means that using the Spin-Cycle circuit completely weakens your combat capabilities.

Not to mention that there could also be situations where mobs like merm flee before the player even makes their first attack, thus making it impossible for the player to attack at all.

Yeah i think this has to be the worst gamma circuit so far right now, i dont find much use for it.

I agree. I hope they just change it to aoe tree chopping. Logs are by far the most tedious thing to farm in the game, and I don't think there would be anything wrong, to have another character be good at it.

He is already good at it because he has pigmen but yeah. Him being maybe Wolfgang level at tree harvesting without pigs would be good.
