leo920101 Posted March 28 Share Posted March 28 To put it straight: under the current design, making use of WX-78's trait of metabolizing spoiled food and eating nearly anything is no longer enjoyable. It even feels like there’s some kind of "punishment" hidden in it. It’s worth noting that WX-78 was already the character with the highest food efficiency long before the skill tree was introduced, or even before the character rework and upgrades. Back then, it never struggled for food. Can you understand? At that time, WX-78 ate the same amount as others but faced far fewer restrictions—and that was fun. Nowadays, gears can be obtained extremely cheaply. WX-78 no longer needs to gather food, farm, or cook. These activities used to be quite enjoyable, which is a bit of a shame. Then came the upgrade for the Super Stomach Expansion Circuit, making it so WX-78 barely even needs to eat gears. It’s simply excessive. Personally, I hope the design of the Stomach Expansion Circuit could reward players who embrace its "eats anything" playstyle. Maybe something like the compost bin—when the ratio of meat, vegetables, and gears is roughly balanced, its efficiency increases, granting small bonuses or byproducts?
