I love what was done with Walter's skill tree, It massively improved the character and it's actually a really good and fun skill tree, The Wx78 skill tree doesn't quite feel up to that level. The separation of Alpha and Gamma circuits is definitely a good change, Making loadouts way more versatile. There are many cool things added with the tree, But I don't think it lives up to it's fullest potential especially with so many unnecessary skills
The skills i crossed out on the tree below are the ones i think should be removed for new skills or changed

So for an explanation of why so many of these skills just don't add anything for me

-Circuit swapping skills
All of these skills just feel like they should be base changes to me, Circuit durability and charge loss from changing circuits just feels like it restricts experimentation, Chassis loadout also seem like they make these skills kind of redundant

-Circuit buffing Skills 
The level 1 skills just feel like nothing more than filler, I doubt anyone is really getting just the 1st skill without the second. They're really just there to get to the 2nd tier of them. All of the effects could just be put into 1 skill for each instead of 2, Those skills just feel like taking extra insight for basically no reason which I think makes skill trees a lot less fun

The Electrification Circuit bonus feels like it takes forever to actually work and it just feels like more of the same effect when it does happen. Maybe changing it so the chain shock effect that happens actually does a little bit of damage too instead of just stunning them? This could give it some synergy with other electric weapons or ,If it was just the chains caused from zap circuit would still be better than what it is now

-Chassis skills
The revive with full health skill doesn't feel like it has a reason to exist, Especially since it won't respawn with the max health gained from the circuits
The extra chassis skills also just seem like filler and chassis slots should really be changed as a whole , Because what you get is not nearly enough because, If you want a chassis to revive, chassis to remote transfer, chassis using the beta effect, or chassis for loadout swapping they're all competing with each other unless you have dual purpose chassis, Which can just be very inconvenient. I think the extra chassis skills should just be changed to something else, And every new chassis skill you get should give you more slots 

-Drone skills
Zaptrocuter Drone 
I really like Zaptrocuter Drone but it's uses seem a bit niche, Maybe another mode for it where it can attack alongside you like what Warblers could've been, Even if this is unlocked through another skill it would be a nice buff
The drone upgrade skills
These just feel really unnecessary and don't change enough to warrant spending insight on, I think they should be changed to have effects that can actually give extra uses like Zaptrocuter attacking with you passively, Mapper being controllable as a way to zoom out farther, Storage being able to pick up items, Things like that would make them much more appealing skills to grab

If you want to reach your potential, you need to start somewhere (circuit skills).
Fine control motor could be changed to not lose any durability (if peoeple really want it)
Watts up, I actually use it all the time, from 1 minute and 30 seconds to 35 seconds per charge is pretty good
Right to modify should not be base kit, because you dont have the rights
Energy efficient could instead of losing 1 less charge make you lose half (edit: they already changed it to half)
Cold standby skills are fair game, why people want to remove them is beyond me
Inhabited machine III is for people who like to get to the fight quicker 
And all of the second drone skills could be buffed a little but field-survey II is in good position

Also what skills would you put there instead of original ones, you should not be able to pick all, so I would like to hear what (balanced) skills would you put there instead?

WX's skill tree is good, it's like Walter's where there's choice. I think you forgot that Walter's skill tree has "You can craft ammo!" broken up into 6 different skills (with a 7th for crafting an ammo pouch), "Woby runs better!" broken up into 3/4 skills, and "You can upgrade your slingshot!" broken up into 4 different skills. There's also several random fluff skills along the likes of WX's bottom left skills like "You need less grass to craft rope!".

WX's tree is not good. it's got great ideas and good foundation, but it is not good right now.
And you're forgetting a very important part of Walter's tree, where every choice is roughly equal value. Map drones, -1 charge loss, and reviving with +50 hp are nowhere near equal value to even just the basic 1st chasis skill.
