myxal Posted March 18 Share Posted March 18 (edited) One redditor explained it to me as: imagine that duplicant is standing in the cell at which the transit tube's last segment is pointed at. If their normal movement abilities allow them reach a floor or ladder, they'll be able to exit. The game also gives you a red status flag on the pipe if dupes can't exit it.
