Does YOTX and Summer Cawnival have increased skin drop rates?

This is a genuine question. They are events so I would assume they do to encourage people to play the events, especially on years where nothing is added. If the answer is yes I might get back into DST for a little bit, but if not I'll probably wait until next big content update.

i could be wrong but i have only really seen an uptick in skin drops during hallows-eve and winter's-feast

That's so weird honestly since YOTX is always updated and Cawnival is during Kleifest you would think they have increased skin drop rates during these periods too.

Till April is painful, pleading its a QOL since the last one was basically two years ago and DST 10th anniversary feels fitting to buff a bunch of items. At least this year of the clockwork feels like a fun and not tedious year of the x event so things are good for now.
