Printerceptor eats data banks

In my save file I activated the printerceptor and the dupes brought all data banks to it and I can't get them out again. I'd have liked to use them for research.

Any idea how I get them back without destroying the printerceptor?

When I was testing it, I put 6k databanks into it, until I realized that databanks weren't necessary to unlock it xD, I spent about 2 hours adding them and not understanding "how does this not finish?"
