Is the terramite enough? Or should it be stronger?

I like and dislike that there's almost no grind to the way you repair them, I wish there was something else, but hey that's already too much so maybe they didn't wanted to make you sail back and forth to craft resources to fix them as they are not as good. I personally enjoyed a lot to put 3 of them in my planted trees area and have the lazy forager pick up the items, then just throw them on the ground for the wobot to store them out. Nah I'm underreacting really, I absolutely loved that, it felt really really great to grind trees, not as much as rocks tho since It's easier to just boom stone fruits.

My idea is to make the little flying terramite hover above one's head granting light. Or maybe make it so we can electrify a pond to acquire some special fish or even some new mechanics. Would also want to see if we can automate more things in a silly way, and have more of those lovely cartoonish animations to see how the survivors handle trying to mess with electricity and engineering and science stuff

But I believe that they are at least good at what they do, they take down trees very efficiently and they're pretty cute as well. But like anything in this game, it could get better, so what could be changed about the terramite to make it more interesting? And what about the flying terramite? With enough time, Klei could even add a different little companion that WE designed instead of wagstaff (since he's not here, we can do whatever we want with the warbot right? hehe).

Ive also enjoyed letting them chop down a bunch of trees right next to my base where bearger wouldnt work. They chop really fast! And the durability drain for chopping seems ok. I like dropping wobot with them with a spare krampus sack to pick everything up.

i think they should also dig up the stumps though. They could spin on top of them after the tree falls.

i also think its weird that the player can make the drones for the fight on their own after wagstaff leaves but they cant separately make the gyroscopic cores. The cores should be craftable in my opinion.

I haven't experimented with them much. I used them to chop down some lunar mushtrees for mooncaps, so I could make mushcakes for... a rematch with WARBOT.

Spoiler

I forgot to bring the mushcakes to the fight.

I'd still really like if they targeted Brightshades, although considering they take damage now, I think they'd die in two counter-attacks
