Acid Rain art update

Well then, now that lunar hail has received its overhaul, there's something about it that sticks out to me when I start comparing it to its cave counterpart and its now just... how much actually visually changed. There's a stark contrast!

I went down into the caves during some strong acid rain and it started to stick out how... nothing actually changes much. The only thing in the entire caves to get an art change are Mushtrees, which are these lowres placeholder sprites from earlier. Ones I'm hoping are updated soon.

On the surface, as it starts hailing, glass builds up on almost everything, and the birds mutate and those BOTH proceed to linger for several days afterwards. Down in the caves when acid is raining down, nothing changes visually, and whilst mobs are buffed/nerfed by it, there's only a visual FX and once the rain ends, that's it! No lasting effects.

Honestly, I'm not expecting an entire rework, but I'd love if more things visually changed when it started raining, more mobs looked burnt and melted, like molten melted clockworks, or give those frenzied bats custom art. And more trees and plants could look glooby, with updated acid sprites.

My poor, glooby bats... they ought to become groovy soon...

Hey, there's nothing wrong with being glooby, alright? We can all be a little glooby sometimes, nothing to be ashamed of. Jokes aside, I think it'd be great if acid rain got a bit more flair, either having mobs or structures look more weathered, maybe something they'll implement in the next update? Best case scenario, it'll probably be in a QoL update post rifts arc.

I want some visual changes, too. But I have a feeling that it's gonna be a tremendous amount of work for the art department.
