Now the second part of the update is out, but it doesn't have the emotion wheel, and there's no news related to it?

Don't take my word for it, but I thought it was in? I thought only controllers could get to it, though.
Don't have a controller, can't test for myself. Let me know if not!

I tested it in the first beta (warbot beta). I could access it using the controller, but not with the keyboard and mouse.

I'll write if I can test it again.
