suggestion Can we have a toggle that allows dupes to use the recreation buildings when idling?

when you build a nice and cozy recreation room but dupes will just chill around the ... atmosuit docks? if we have enough resources in the colony then we should be able to allow everyone just to enjoy theirselves, i didnt make everything nice just to leave them to sit there unused right? and how dupes in my space mining rockets never used the party line phone even they have nothing else other than glazing at the void always bothers me

 

I think dupes should be allowed to use the recreation buildings when idle, and maybe they will give the slots back to those who need them during downtime
