Mounir
We do know that the Enlightened Crown spawns gestalts to attack enemies when we are attacking them, and it would drain sanity upon use. I’ve just observed in the beta that sanity still drains behind the enlightenment lock. I put on the Jeweled Crown on full sanity, and used it to attack mobs with gestalts. When I unequipped it, I have no sanity left. Also, it seems to me that the jeweled version does not passively regenerate the background sanity compared to the usual crown. Is this intended? Unless you are in a state like godmode where it “locks” the sanity outside of forced sanity loss, the crown should regenerate your “real” sanity at the usual 10 sanity per minute. It’s actually technically better at it than the normal crown, because enlightenment prevents the dusk/night sanity drain from occurring, so you regen 10 per minute regardless of the time of day/in caves. Pet Rock
It would be cool if we could see our actual sanity when it is locked somehow, even if this mechanic has already been in the game for a while... if time permits. Maybe the sanity bar could become faint instead of entirely disappearing?
