The End Is Nigh Book should focus targeting enemies

The new electric damage/lightning changes with shock states seem very fun, and from my testing, it's pretty neat for The End Is Nigh book when it actually hits the enemies! That is, IF it hits the enemies.

I think it would be a great time to make the book's strikes primarily target enemies around, rather than hitting you and the ground more than anything. While the chaos is kinda funny, the book hasn't been that useful outside of moonstorm charged glass farming(which is neat but niche), and it's so so close to being an actual fun crowd control tool now! It could still have a chance to hit the player and the ground when there are no enemies around, so it could still have some danger to using it, for example if all viable targets die or leave the area while the strikes are still happening.

I feel like this would be a great addition to Wicker's arsenal as well, since currently she's kinda lacking in books you can use in day to day/in battle, and while in the future, her skill tree will likely do more to remedy that, I think this change would be a simple, yet effective little bit of help in that regard.

I have no objections to making The End Is Nigh! actually usable. It has only ever been usable for deeply niche things, so giving it a better, more general use would be great.

Yes, yes, YES! 1000 times, YES! It's such a shame that one of her coolest books ends up being the least useful in her entire arsenal. This change could turn it into something with niche use, to a book with solid crowd control. As it stands, it's more likely to hit you or the ground than any enemies around you.

Given how it's showcased in the trailer to be used right after casting birds of the world to hit the birds with the bolts, I genuinely do feel this was the original intention of the book. Would love to see this being a useful function in encounters if it respects neutral/allied mobs!

I kind of wanted it to be more of a special thing where if you set up lightning rods the lightning rod focuses the lightning and dissipates the energy from the strike into a aoe burst of shock each time lightning strikes it. so you can set up lightning rods as kind of like beacons that will shock enemies nearby  as wicker reads
