Is there still a disease restoring mod available?

I ask because when I first wanted to start using it months back on a new colony, the mod currently on the Steam workshop (Diseases Restored) seems to have been abandoned and not really functional. Probably for the best considering it also greatly changed damage from heat/cold which just makes Ceres unplayable with it (from what I've read anyway). Now while I kind of pretend that it's active anyway keeping my base extra sanitary, I'm left wondering if there is another one out there somewhere? I could've sworn I remember reading about one on the forums here, but I didn't make a note of the name or the other details.
