i love winbots but it feels weird how they immedialy deactivate once u accidently pick one of them up and requires a winona to redeploy it

i would like to know how people felt about this, personally i hope they can change it so it only deactivates if the player carries the winbot out of its working range so any accidently pick up can be place down to prevent deactive

Agreed. I would even exchange Watapults for winbots for which to share between survivors. Winbots are such a godsend.

However, the real problem is, once again, Klei making bad balance decisions one after another. We want winbots because --> Wobot blows. I sincerely never used since release and used only their cousins. Why something so neat, good and quality of life, that doesn't hurts nobody nor the game balance, gets relegate so far further the game in a bad wonky state, while one pg obtains his power to herself and everybody else day 1. That's ******.

Idea - other survivors (except winona) can't pick up winbots, but winbots no longer have collisions with players or other winbots (also don't block build placement)

It feels like it makes sense that winona and maybe, Wx, would be the ones to know how to operate and set up structures or winbots but others would not. Probably why other survivors don't know how to deploy them. A the very least if a winona isn't around, her little robo helpers shouldn't get in the way or block things, why holding the pick up key even allows for picking up winbot I have no idea, but many a set up has been botched due to it.
