Teleportation and movement (Lazy deserter suggestion)

I believe that all characters should be able to teleport. At the very least we should have a way to upgrade lazy deserter after rifts to allow us to pick any other lazy deserter to teleport to.

I'd prefer If the current lazy deserter was changed so that it was possible to choose which one to teleport to because you already have to wait for summer and are very limited with how many you can build and it can be limited further by decreasing the amount of desert stones we get after this change.

This is more of a late game issue because I don't think anyone finds it fun to travel through the same biomes over and over again, there's no way you can die and there is even a mod that auto walks for you so I don't see how it is good that players have to spend so much time getting to the places they need to go. 

To summarize walking or riding beefalo is just a time waster that I don't think most players like after they explored said biomes.
