Wanda's skill tree should have a skill that halves the number of Thulecite Fragments needed to make Time Pieces.

why would you need 10 watches? also great power comes with great responsibility , clearing 3-4 time ruin should give you enough frags

It is already quite easy to craft them, you don't even need to risk going to ruins and instead can go to archives and there is always over like 3 stacks of thulecite fragments there without splumonkeys bothering you.

If you are having issues gathering thulecite for time pieces you can always just use moon rock idol to swap to Wanda over and over as you will get 4 time pieces each time at a cost of one purple gem and moon rock.  (EDIT: The cost is actually 1 blue gem and moon rock because when you dismantle ageless watch you will get red gem)

Usually I don't have 10 until second winter at least, first winter priority is to get a cane If you didn't from AG, backstep, another ageless and the ones you spawn with always go to crafting alarming clock, 1 backtrek watch will cut your travel time by 50% and is the most important to have after that it is diminishing returns the more you get, I like to make 2 or 3 and have to wait next winter to get more tusks. Sometimes its not possible to get 2-3 depending on your luck with tusks unless you farm them whole winter on respawn and every other player needs to get a cane before you can go crazy on backtrek watches.

Another method is to use construction amulet to duplicate them by crafting alarming clock and using clockmaker's tools to dismantle. What's funny is that most other things require deconstruction staff to duplicate but she can dismantle clocks for free.

You can also just swap at the portal for time pieces later game.

For a watch end game network 10 isn't even a lot. That's just for the surface as well.
