Lunar: Lunar Fire-Raiser All of willow's fire abilities have a blue tone now, and Willow receives the lunar blast. The lunar blast skill (same skill) will deal reduced damage, the damage will then ramp up the more consequent hits are landed in the target. So instead of being 50, it will be 10, then the next will be 20, then 30, then 40, then 50 after 5 hits, up to 70 damage after 7 consequent hits, with a 2 second cooldown to reapply the debuff per hit. This can be very easily done by simply adding a debuff effect on enemies per hit, and allow multiple willows to apply that debuff if they're both hitting the same target (making it not unique) .She gains a tiny bit of planar in all her skills, and the lunar blast is not 100% planar. Or Lunar Fire-Renewer All of willow's fire abilities have a blue tone now, and Willow receives the lunar blessing. Costs 10 embers, Willow can cast a blue fire emblem on the ground for 20 seconds, players on it will heal 2 sanity per second. She gains a tiny bit of planar in all her skills. All players under the emblem receive 5 planar protection. Shadow: Shadow Fire-Raiser All of willow's fire abilities have a black and red tone now, and Willow receives the shadow pentagram skill. Willow's shadow fire-raiser (same) will deal increased damage to single target enemies that previously received one of the branches of the skill (basically if all 5 branches hit one target, it will deal full damage) She gains a tiny bit of planar in all her skills. Damage per branch alone is reduced, damage when all 5 full branches hit one target is slightly increased. This can also be simply done by adding a debuff on enemies when they're hit by one of the branches, scaling up to original damage. Not all cast damage is planar. Or Shadow Fire-Renewer All of willow's fire abilities have a black and red tone now, and Willow receives the shadow curse skill. Shadow curse will curse players around in an area on the ground by making an emblem for 20 seconds (spontaneous combustion frame), making people gain life from the curse for 3 health per second. Willow will lose 25 sanity per cast, not shadow aligned players will receive a negative sanity aura while inside this emblem of -10 sanity per second, it costs 10 embers. All players under the emblem receive 5 planar protection. active Fire ball (same, but blue affinity tone is reduced to indicate that it's still heating up the players, and not cooling), hungry lighter (same), ember tender (embers now stack to 60 or 80) flame cast (remove spontaneous combustion skill and rework flame cast to have a bigger size and make it cost 2 ember instead of freaking 4), burning frenzy (costs 5 embers and Willow will put herself on fire for 5 minutes instead of 1, and willow still does 25% damage to enemies on fire). *new burning frenzy 2 (requires burning frenzy)(Anyone attacking willow will take 25 damage back when burning frenzy is up) Brighter Lighter 2 *new name (Willow will cast fire embers that circle her for 8 minutes granting light, costs 2 embers)(will replace spontaneous combustion). passive brighter lighter 1 (same), Controlled burning (will upgrade with affinities, making willow able to set all enemies on fire even if they're damp or shadows, lunar or shadow fire), burn duration (replaced by burning frenzy 2) fire fighter (burn duration is added here). Bernie side. affinity bernie skills: Lunar: Lunar bernie (same)(lock reduced to 4 bernie skills) *new replacement for skill accelerant 1 (requires burning bernie and lunar bernie)(lunar alligned enemies will focus bernie and Bernie's lunar fire aura will deal bonus damage against shadow alligned enemies that attack him if he's on fire), *new replacement for skill accelerant 2 (requires *new replacement skill accelerant 1)(Bernie receives bonus very high defense when on-fire, but his defense is reduced if he's not on fire) fire hungry could be the name, like he's addicted to fire. Or *new replacement for skill patch up 1 (requires lunar bernie)(can't be leveled up if burning bernie is leveled)(bearnie gains health regeneration, 2 per second) *new replacement for skill patch up 2 (requires *new replacement skill patch up 1)(bearnie will increase players health overtime by 1 per second if they're fighting the same enemy as him. Leveling up this skill passively increases lunar renewer sanity to 4 per second) Shadow: shadow bernie (planar defense reduced a bit to account for *new replacement skill accelerant 2)(lock reduced to 4 bernie skills) *new replacement for skill accelerant 1 (requires burning bernie and shadow bernie)(shadow alligned enemies will focus bernie and Bernie's nightmare fuel aura will deal bonus damage against lunar alligned enemies that attack him if he's on fire), *new replacement for skill accelerant 2 (bernie gains more defense while on-fire, but his defense is reduced if he's not on fire), Or *new replacement for skill patch up 1 (requires shadow bernie)(can't be leveled up if burning bernie is leveled)(bearnie gains health regeneration, 2 per second) *new replacement for skill patch up 2 (requires *new replacement skill patch up 1)(bearnie will protect all allies from all sanity auras if they're fighting alongside him. Shadow renewer's curse now grants Mindless)(Mindless: bernie's shadow affinity causes players to consume nightmare auras around them, which is very dangerous, and comes with a cost. All healing over max health is converted into a sanity shield, the sanity shield will protect from damage at a 2x rate the healing over max health. The more sanity shield you get, the less sanity you have, up to the maximum amount of sanity your character has (shows as black sanity limiter). If your sanity hits 0, the shield will protect all damage for 5 seconds, and then reset, leaving you at 0 sanity). regular skills : hot-headed is now *new bernie's locket (bearly sane 1 is now hot headed, and skill is replaced)(item: 6 gold, 5 embers)(requirement for leveling up any bernie skill)(changed* willow can no longer sew bernie with a sewing kit, this is to prevent multiple bernies that people carry)(Willow can now craft a new item made for bernie, bernie's percentage will show up in that item, the item can be attached to only 1 bernie at a time, when bernie dies, the item will show 0%)(Bernie will be inserted into the lock, and right clicking the lock will release bernie on the ground, if you try right clicking again, she'll quote how he's already out)(Willow can wear the locked in the body for 80% protection, costing bernies percentage health as percentage armor, the item will not break at 0%, when an alignment is made, this item gives 5 planar protection as well)(has 540 health)(getting hit will release bernie sounds). accelerant 1 and 2 (removed and replaced), Patch up 1 and 2 (removed and replaced), bearly sane 1 (changed), *new bearly sane 1 (bernie will be animated at 60 sanity, bernie will animate if any alligned enemy is detected nearby), *new bearly sane 2 replacement (Willow can craft a new item that can be applied to the locket, it will revive a dead bernie)(item: costs 15 embers, 1 red gem, stackable, used to repair the locket), tough stuffing 1 and 2 (same), Burning bernie (lock removed)(willow can drag her lighter to the locket to ignite him, lasts 2.5 minutes, deal a bit less damage than currently), Now willow can either have a tank bernie, or an aggresive bernie. an active boss fighter bernie or a day-to-day bernie. a full fire focused skill tree, or a full magic focused skill tree. a magic helper healer or a magic damage dealer. If klei actually cares about willow players, then they would consider fixing the inconsistencies we find when playing her, add more fire skills, fix the gaps of her power balance and add actual interesting skills that should impact gameplay in her own way.
