Massive fires should cause rainclouds to gather faster

I dunno if this is related enough to science of using large fires to reduce too much plant material in areas as well as creating enough clouds to make rain or produce cooling but just an idea for a mechanic for people to discover and use to make the Constant rainy or cooler.
