The lunar affinity of Wortox is OP and boring.

As the title. This skill would resulted a brainless OP playstyle when works with reverberation. It would make all classical bosses who have no ability for 3+ hits combo become a punching bag. And when we add Bone Armor as an extra combo for this playstyle, the thing become more worse. 

Even we don't consider the balance issues, the effect of Wortox lunar affinity is boring. It brings no new function but only a copy of Bone Armor.

Please, before we have more imbalance issues, fix and rework this.

I agree.

Wortox affinities suck. He can already dodge bosses with eye frames.

I actually think the shadow one is fine (besides locking you to a specific weapon and headgear for the rest of the game, which feels really bad and is a baffling design decision always.  I’m not sure why they keep choosing it.)

Lunar, though, is yea super boring and removes all interaction from a bunch of bosses which would make me never want to select it.

Yeah i hate it for that reason. Personally, skills that chatacters get buffs with specific items are bad in my opinion.

And another reason i dislike the riff content. They are undermining the perfect gear system with a perfect and mighty impressive durability system that shapes the game and made every gear viable at all points in the game (you could even somewhat justify using grass suit against bosses if you are skilled enough to save resources). Now durability late game is just annoying since the riff gear is really cheap to repair, and it becomes the only gear you use most the time besides ones with special abilities.

I feel like a broken record, but the “old” system was not perfect. Yes, every weapon/armor could theoretically be good and some were valid choices for speeding through the game, but the vast, and I mean vast majority of people stuck with the tried-and-true classics like the dark sword, ham bat, and football helmets, which have existed since vanilla.

I don’t get why people find the old system nostalgic or awesome like there were no problems with it, when there were numerous issues that have been brought up dozens of times before. 

Carrying a brightshade sword, helm, and 10 repair kits is strong, but it’s not like you couldn’t pull off something similar with a Ham bat, football helmets, and a bundle of mats to craft both (something I used to personally do a lot).

Yeah, kind of felt like a skip to me too. I can see how tanking like that could be considered op too though. Either kind of pointless, or OP hold F to win. I guess I was hoping for something more mechanically unique for the end of the skill tree.

Kind of just feels like a bigger numbers perk with extra steps.
