To mark the Year of the Depths Worm we've added a hunt for the Guilded Depths Worm, new skins, new streaming items, and a new limited-time login bonus. Highlights Hunt the exotic Gilded Depths Worm to harvest Lucky Gold Nuggets. Craft the Depths Worm Shrine and enjoy the new Jubilantern Posts along with the usual festive options. Collect further Lucky Gold Nuggets by scrapping with the other serpentine friends deep in the caves. Changes/Fixes Winter's Feast has ended. Fixed a crash when loading worlds, especially older worlds or worlds with large bases. Fixed random skins turning invisible. Skins Masquerader Survivors Chest, Part III This Masquerader Chest contains skins for: Wendy, Winona, WX-78, Webber, and Wickerbottom. Streaming Drops! Cant place the science machine and there's no access to caves in any of them . Both of the endless servers are still down too . Thanks in advance . Castorshell13 Posted January 29, 2025 Share Posted January 29, 2025 PS5 cant log in sometimes and cant boot up worlds 90% of the time and can only stay in either the caves or surface, if you travel between the two the game freezes in a permanent load screen. sometimes you cant even close the game and have to reset the ps5. sometimes the saved data gets corrupted and have to use a backup date. Mj- Posted January 30, 2025 Share Posted January 30, 2025 Is it me, or does the game keep randomly crashing on hosted worlds? Every day I play, the game crashes, and I'm afraid to continue playing after my saving file was corrupted yesterday! Hope this gets fixed asap! I'm really enjoying the game after this awesome update and being able to fight the big boy in caves once again! Can not wait any longer for the skill tree update though... Super excited! PS4 Zito Posted January 30, 2025 Share Posted January 30, 2025 Hi, i've been playing DST on steam for a long time. From a few months ago, i started playing it on PS4 with my GF. I realised, i do not get the daily drops i was once given when playing on steam... On PS4 i get a message before the initial screen, asking me to connect it online. If i say i dont want to, it starts the game offline mode, if i choose to play it online, it opens the window to buy the PSN or PS Plus which i will not pay to play, or to get the rewards... I think it's only fair, if you want to play it alone, you should be able to get those rewards because you're still putting hours into the game... I don't get the point, hope someone can explain it to me.
