Not letting deerclops spawn in your base is a lesson that usually only needs to be taught once. If you led deerclops to the shacks to get merms to aggro on it rather than actually recruiting (+merm king), then that's your personal choices catching up with you. Frosty_Mentos Posted January 5, 2025 Share Posted January 5, 2025 I feel like going back to making this game feel like Solo experience is a partial mistake, while enemies are hard the skilltrees make them kinda a lot more meager as well as some reworks that followed to make them so. Old designs don't match new whacky powers to fight back against, Wanda syndrome infected all enemies with hit stun removal which is mildly annoying but acceptable I guess for sake of chasing and giving enemies a chance to fight back perhaps, and all the old weapon systems and designs are most primitive with a lot of lack of use. Bees are overpowered against single target attackers or those that can't, making them a hell to balance. Blowdarts are basically a joke, which community doesn't really know what to do with them besides "remove them" instead of retuning costs or returns. I don't know what direction the game is supposed to go, but toning down on immediate skillpoints is a good first step. Meaningless, whether for what part of the game. It's more like a specific recipe designed for deconstruction staff. EZ mode for daily survival but a reversed Wilson character for experienced players before his rework.
