It's not an option by design, the entire game has a philosophy that simple solutions are not going to be great, and great solutions are not going to be simple. If it can be done via automation, then having it as an option is unlikely to be implemented.

You are more likely to find something that suits you along these lines via mods instead. If you aren't able to find anything like it you can request a mod on the forums right here and see if anyone would like to take it up. Or if you fancy it try modding yourself:
