It need better translation (if you can contact the poster, ask for original idea/post in chinese, and manual translate them all and edit the post with new translated text).

Having abi work same as crown or bone armor seem unique enough, but other than that, i dont understand what other skill he meant for wendy (literally i cant read them with this bad translation post).
