It is quite good if you want to use lots of potion in the long run, especially the shield potion that does 20 thorn damage. Using them every 2 day is an acceptable price to have abi in constant buff.

The thing is Abi's good enough you don't need potions in 90% of circumstances, so perma potion doesn't make that big of a difference. You basically only need potions for bosses, which usually odn't last a day. guess its relative tho.

That how i played her before, i never go to craft potions cuz it too time consuming.

But potion going to be cheaper with pipspooks skill tree, and after spending time with pipspooks, you goes for potion duration skill tree and you can enjoy fully buffed abigail.
Also with the removal of her AOE when she turn Gesatl, she will need thorn potion to give her some aoe back.
