dengta72
On a Chinese gaming forum, a friend encountered some trouble while taming a Beefalo. It suddenly went into heat and started attacking Glommer and Esquire. My friend couldn't stand it attacking Esquire, as hitting the Beefalo would lower its taming progress. He began to complain, asking if there was a whip-like item that could be used, suggesting that if the Beefalo misbehaved, it could be whipped to make it remember. I found this idea quite interesting, so I posted about it on the forum. I had never thought of this before, but if such an item really existed in the game, it would be a great way to help a tamed Beefalo escape danger during battles with bosses or swamp tentacles! Anis5240
Technically, the Tail o' Three Cats is such whip; it had a chance to send mobs into panic (a.k.a making them stop what they're doing and running around). But I'm not sure if said panic is also applicable onto a beef that's being tamed. Also, wearing a beefalo hat nearby a beefalo in heat won't make it attack you, so you can just feed it and lead it far away enough; preferably to a place where you got a salt lick.
