Allow a second mode on the Cycle Sensor that allows selection of shifts

I find it difficult to align a Cycle Sensor exactly with the shift schedule by attempting to slide the percentage slider by very small increments. Additionally some percentage values do not precisely align with some of the 24 shift slots within a cycle.

The use example attached has lighting controlled by the Cycle Sensor with the intention that lighting activates for the "Professional Sleeper" dupes so they can move faster during the short period when they are awake.

The Timer Sensor allows numeric entry of time units which could also be useful at times with the cycle sensor and/or add a mode to the cycle sensor that allows the selection of cycles = i.e. the integer values 1 thru 24 which then could be converted to percentages at a higher level of accuracy.

I was tempted to use the Timer Sensor for the use example but noticed a slight time creep so lights started switching on at unintended times.  The Cycle Sensor seemed to be the better alternative if it allowed better alignment abilities..

A shift sensor would be a nice addition, but we can overcome this time precision problem with a timer sensor and several signal counters. This way you can divide the 600 seconds (one cycle) into 25 seconds ( 24 "shifts" blocks).

the timer sensor loses precision with game lag, the more the game lags the faster the timer sensor will go

Yeah sorry, I didn't had the machine speed in mind. I don't experience it and I don't rely on precise time systems, if I'd use it I can calibrate the custom timer with 1 or more cycle sensors anyway. Imo usually better to buffer the signal after the dupes wake up and end the signal before they interact with the bed. It's hard to see how a schedule block sensor can contribute sleepers.
