Are marroter dens renewable if you destroy them?

I discovered recently that marroter dens loot can sometimes give bull stalks
But instead of collecting the loot that the dens spawn, i destroyed them, thinking it would also drop stalks(it didn't)

I tested in another world if the dens respawn after you break them and it seems that they don't, which makes me confused since it's rare to see a non renewable resource these days

I lost two dens at my world by fire, and they never came back. I even used a mod to show the whole map to make sure of it. But, at least based on my map, we get 15ish dens, so it shouldn't be a problem, specially bc some of them spawn a bit farther from the shore, so it would need some deep map exploration. I only found all of mine bc I cheated and revealed the whole map

They said they will make them renewable but its not happened yet.
