As of late, when I think of a new update I always thing more about flora over new mobs

It occurs to me that even with the introduction of Bamboo, minecraft is still only allowed to use Sugar Cane for Paper... Well, they can't even make Sugar out of Beetroot.

It seems I was thinking about different types of reeds then, all the time when they picked reeds in DS. The reeds I pick here are definitely all less then 4cm in diameter ^^ I more use them in bundles in case I do decoration crafts or transforming them into cat toys because they are so thin or I only use their tips in craftings not the stems [since the stems of the reed I can pick here around water bodies, REALLY is more or less thin.]

(Now I would like to have such a thick reed :3 I bet they are fun to work with)

The lack of any sort of decor is somewhat disappointing, in the absence of new biomes we were really hoping for. I wish we could craft nightmare lights that had a more cost-effective longevity to them. That would be amazing for a caves update (maybe expensive, like costing dreadstone, but in the “zero maintenance” nature of dreadstone stuff, it passively regenerates its fuel?)
