Bolts not received after purchase

I bought a Large Bolt Chest on my ps5, but even after 4 days of waiting it still hasn't showed up in my account. I checked both the shop and the treasury, PS store does show that the transaction went through, and my card was charged too, although my klei account doesn't show that transaction. Anyone got a fix?

Hello, I did contact support, but its been almost 3 days(not including the weekend) and i still have not received an answer.

Unfortunately, we were not able to find your ticket. We searched for tickets with the email address associated with your forum account and for recent tickets mentioning bolts, but we were not able to find anything.

Hmm, strange, I even got an email confirmation that my ticket was created successfully. I think I will try creating a new ticket, maybe there was some problem and it didn't actually go through, thanks for letting me know!

I had problem before too, can't quite remember exactly, but something like: Can't add bolts to Europe account since the game is owned by USA region account. It works perfectly fine on accounts from same region. I did contact PSN support and they redeemed me.
