Workshop-xxxxxx Corrupted Game Files

My game is corrupted, I have tried uninstalling, deleting game files, and a LOT of other options. I need some assistance figuring out where the corrupted mod is and how I can get rid of it.

I'm assuming you've done this already, but since you mentioned a mod I still gotta ask to be sure. Have you tried unsubscribing from ALL the mods from the workshop? If not then do that then maybe uninstall again just to be safe. If the game works fine after that keep a closer eye on whichever mod starts causing problems again if you try to reinstall some.

I've uninstalled all of them, and also uninstalled the whole game and reinstalled, still nothing

Had this problem some years ago. I think it had something to do with the permissions of the save folders (where the mods are saved) or with some steam settings. Can't remember the solution. But I found this page, maybe it could help:

I tried all of the solutions in this one, I just managed fix one of the problems which was that I couldn't launch a server, but I allowed access through firewall and it's working now.
I still have the workshop-xxxxxxx error however. If you can try to remember what steam settings you changed and whatnot that would be a big help, but it's no issue if you can't. I have turned auto subscribe off.

Alright so I've made a bit of progress, it turns out that steam is not installing the mods correctly and that's part of the issue. Whenever it's installing the mods it doesn't install to the mods folder for some reason.
