Ancient Fuelweaver LFG

Yo! I started playing on Switch again and have things ready for an Ancient Fuelweaver fight. I always prefer to so this fight with a group so if anyone's down let me know! I don't quite have the extensive friends list of DST players on Switch like I did on PS4 so I'm looking to expand that a bit. Central US time zone. I'm usually available in the evenings.

In solo, I usually use gunpowder, 2 stacks of 40 each.

I use one right at the start, when he’s summoned.

Then, I use the Weather Pain or the Brightshade Staff after the Celestial to defeat the monster that heals him. And I use The Lazy Explorer to escape the bone cage.

When the first round ends, I use gunpowder again, and after a few hits, he’s down.

Sometimes, it doesn’t even take me a minute…

To rot the eggs, besides the traditional method, I usually use two other ways: first, in the lunar storm, I catch birds, because when they drop meat, they give you a rotten egg. In the second method, I activate Toadstool, and when he releases the spores, I place the eggs there, and they rot in seconds.

For sure! That's definitely the smartest way to go about it. I've historically been against using gunpowder personally, but it's definitely no less cheesy than an army of merms (which I used instead). 

I try to do the full multiplayer experience when I can in this game though. I guess I'm still chasing those mmo raid days...
