A more varied treasure/set piece hunting in ocean?

I don't have much to complain about how the update happened (unless the lack of sea weeds in my medium sized world) is that I don't like the monotonic treasure spawns. Y'know what you made cool again? Traps, trapped boats, little seastack shrine with treasure in the ocean with special loot. That's the thing what I would wanna see more of, Klei.

There's a distinct need for more of those and to generate and feel like the ocean is always explore worthy, is making those treasure hunting locations varied not only as just pick up this treasure but also there's abandoned boats to find with traps, seastack barriers, maybe seaweeds infested protecting that thing or something.

I wish I had this idea earlier, but I think this would make treasure hunting more fun than a resource grind, having a change to get cooler loot from the traps you find in the ocean than just all treasures all around.

Or at least killing Crab King would give you special treasure bottles to find those shrines and interesting things out there, more risk for better rewards. There's more reason to kill him but also little of it since you made otters give bottles to farm for treasures.
