Consumables tab priorities

I suggest adding the priorities tab functionality to the consumables tab rather than the current on/off checkmark system.

Good for advanced colonies, eat staple pepperbread or frostburgers if you're chilling at home, and quickly up the spicy tofu priority for the mining helmets when you're about to start excavating an icy asteroid for the buffs.

Good for early colonies. Eat the stack of meal lice first, it's gonna go bad soon and times are tough. Eat the omelettes first and stockpile the BBQ for now while our morale requirements are still low. Stuff like that.

that is likely a better 'fix', for consumables, using preexisting framework. I'd asked for similar tools or means to fine tune the eating. I despise how they will eat all the food in front a dying dupe. One un-watched dupe will kill others b/c they won't stop eating. And will pick-up food looking at a dying dupe. While having 4k cal in the gullet. One of the reasons I stopped playing. The logic and rationale are sometimes simply not there. As with Cleric's in DDO, they all know you can't heal stupid.
