What worse? Dark Merm Kingdom timeline or Enlighten Merm Kingdom timeline?

I think it the Enlighten one, since it effect are much more everday life than the Dark Merm Kingdom where the Merm need to die first in a specific type of swamp.

I think Shadow is worse considering what happened to the Ancients. But then again, we don't have history to fall back on to see what would have happened if the Ancients didn't abandon Alter in favor for Them.

I just think when Wanda said "We're Doom" when talking about the Enlighten merm kingdom timeline, you know some seriously mess up stuff happen in the timeline.

We're already in a Dark Prawn Kingdom timeline and it's fine. So I guess one more species shouldn't be a big deal?

I have to really wonder how bad would the Enlighten Merm Kingdom timeline to be like for Wanda to said "we doom", like for the Dark Merm Kingdom timeline she just seem exhausted, but with the Enlighten Merm Kingdom she seem to have some actual dread.

I would say that the moon kingdom would be worse, since it mutates the merms into monsters, and since they're already cursed to be merms, it's like it's a double punishment. Now the shadow side, even though it's still twisted, it's a kind of afterlife, giving those dammed creatures a second chance, even if it is a bit cursed too.

And I think that would work as wurt's childish view of the world - a second life is better for the kingdoms prosperity than a single crazy mutated one.
