Stuffed Eggplant needs a buff/rework to act like a veggie kind of meatball/meaty stew

It's a stuffed eggplant and we know it's garbage.

Just look at these stats, why does it exist as this? It costs a whole eggplant, that mind you, would fill most of that hunger already and it lost on health value a regular eggplant would have. Does this thing need a buff? Yes. Badly even. It's sad and needs to be not a waste of time to cook or farm.

My solution would be making it so it costs something like a meaty stew for vegans of sorts, or a meatball equivalent of a dish. It is just half shy from being a meatball and cooking it feels like you are trying to make one.
