I think it has no fix until Klei fixes it. But you can try the Don't Starve Alone Mod if you don't mind some minor gameplay mechanics being changed to care for the mod. marshyds Posted July 4, 2024 Share Posted July 4, 2024 (in terms of a future fix by clay engagement) i believe with effort it could be possible to generate the caves out of bounds on the surface, similarly how the 3rd ruins layer was ported to the caves? (i dunno a lick about coding so correct me if im wrong.) sinkholes would function like second wormholes? idk how the perma darkness and different cycle would work.
