Craftable graves?

For graveyard builds to commemorate lost comrades, burying their (item) remains as a sort of a symbol to their efforts.

Despite death not being permanent in the game, there's still other things or ways one could grieve a lost minion or someone dear.

I like the idea of being able to bury items in graves, and probably cover them using a shovel. Maybe it could be used for a questline?

maybe hovering a boneshard over a empty grave should give you the prompt  to fill it back up.

Not gonna lie I have a sneaking suspicion this will be part of Wendy’s skill tree.

I mean it even makes sense from a gameplay standpoint, why go look for Pipspook out in the world when she can craft the gravestones and have Pipspook spawn near her?

I just hope Klei makes Wendy’s gameplay more interesting with new items or things to do that aren’t just straight buffs to Abigail.

I would adore this as it would add some gloomy realism

At the same time I'd also appreciate it being Wendy exclusive since you're right about it having an actual in-game benefit for her.

Oh yeah and now that the game has actual sitting animations, I want to be able to sit on tombstones maybe it can do something cool gameplay wise too like strengthening her connection with the Dead or something?
