Add more loot to Ocean Debris and let it spawn in groups in the ocean

The Ocean Debris, which is the kelp mudball below, is essentially an ocean version of a tumbleweed that has a chance to spawn around a player on a boat replacing the grass, twigs or driftwood that might spawn instead. Unlike a tumbleweed it only gives two items, requires tools to retrieve and picks items from its specific loot table. 

 

However since its specific loot table (shown below) was added in Hook, Line and Inker update it lacks a lot of the new items that were introduced in the ocean later in time, and since they only spawn in singular amounts and give only two items they are best left ignored. So improving these aspects of Ocean Debris would be a welcome QOL change.

Improving the Loot Table:

Giving it more interesting loot that represents the whole ocean environment since it was introduced would make it more fun to see what the player can possibly reel in. These are some items which could be added to its loot table, specifically more items to the more uncommon rows.

Medium Chance 5.5-1.1%:

• Message in a Bottle
• Seed Shell
• Barnacle
• Kelp Repair Kit

Low Chance 0.36-0.22%

• Cutless
• Shell Bells (Any Size)
• Fig
• Broken Shell

It would also be fun if live animals had a extremely rare chance to spawn inside the Ocean Debris, such as tumbleweeds, like skittersquids, sea striders or marotters popping out of one.

Spawning them in groups.

Since the Ocean Debris only spawns occasionally and only in amounts in one at a time, it usually is better to avoid them instead of taking an alternate route to grab it. The Ocean Debris instead should have a 25% to spawn in groups of 4-5 like how clusters of tumbleweeds are found on the surface. Not only would a larger amount of resources add to the desire to collect the Ocean Debris but it would allow teams on the ocean to more properly top-up on their resources while sailing instead of only really one player getting a small benefit from the loot.

Also could the Ocean Debris drop 3 items instead of 2 like tumbleweeds. Although tumbleweeds are only in the desert, Ocean Debris is only found in the ocean, requires a focused movement and coordination to collect it, and requires tools to properly retrieve it from the ocean but it only gives two items which feels a bit off.

I would totally love if these were a part of Pearl's sunken chests, especially since one of the five drops is related to ocean loot, and another one is related to lunar loot. It would also help improve the desire to collect them for 80% of the time, disregarding surprising seeds and archaic boats, the loot from sunken chests is usually mediocre.
