Soul7k Posted June 9, 2024 Share Posted June 9, 2024 as far as i can tell yes. i guess you can use it in a pinch if you don't have light or a brightshade helmet. without the last perk you can still discover nmf, build land bridges, and get the res rose p.s. I lied you need it to allow you to to use wormholes to teleport to any other wormhole you've seen basically the last perk is choosing how you want to teleport.
