Hormiga89 Posted June 9, 2024 Share Posted June 9, 2024 I got the Wilson and Maxwell YouTooz for my nephews but kept the codes because they played with me and I'm usually making base. The Maxwell one worked, but Wilson didn't. I contacted the link from the email YouTooz sent me and it took me to Klei, but they told me they don't handle that and send me back to YouTooz. They said they were going to check on it, but never message back. So who am I supposed to talk to? Has this happened to anyone else? This just seems like bad practice, they should at least say I'm out of luck if I'm not getting what I paid for. Instead of saying that they were going to do something about it and then ignore me. From what I've heard, the reason we didn't get codes right away may have been because we unsubscribed from their spammy promotional emails. Klei should be more careful with who they affiliate with, this makes them look bad to.
