The simplest ocean suggestion in the world that would improve early game sailing from pulling teeth

I am in the middle ground because even though this makes sense, they are an ocean foragable that benifit you from exploring the ocean, and this makes it really easy to mass obtain them without stepping foot on the ocean.

Maybe only if they’re dropped in deep water?

It's almost non paradoxical. There are more ocean applications for driftwood than there are non ocean.

That is a great idea. Risk and reward, because you need to defend the wood from cookie cutters. I like it a lot.

Only time you need driftwood early game is getting 1 oar.
