Quality of Life - Turn off Notifications

This issue mainly effects games past cycle 100 or so, but I'd like to be able  to turn off or acknowledge certain notifications.

"Long Commutes" becomes irrelevant at a certain point for me by the time I have jetpacks or tubes installed, but because the game calculates them on distance travelled instead of time - i'd like to be able to 'snooze' or 'silence' these notifications after some time. 

In addition to this, I'd love to be able to turn of the Duplicant Skills notification for certain dupes! I have them maxed out on skills appropriate for our morale level, but there's no way to clear the notification and I am forced to check manually for other dupes who have skill points available. 

 

I'm sure there are other notifications like this in the game that clog up the UI, but these are what I've noticed so far!

You should turn your head towards the workshop section on steam. There are plenty of mods, doing just what you are asking for. And if you worry about stability: They just suppress that stuff, nothing more. I use them for years now, without any problem at all.
