I know these are both commons and are essentially the same shirt, but like, I like purple.

Navigate (either in Steam client or on website while logged in): Account -> Inventory, then "Trade offers" This opens a page with a link on the right, "Who can send me trade offers?"

You will need to set your inventory to public if you want to trade with non-friends.

For some reason it's struggling to start a new trade offer on my end, so youll have to send it to me yourself.
