Any chances of the Treek equipments making a comeback?

In the very first playtest the Mother Treek had it's own set of themed weapons with a skill that allowed you to bring up roots to damage enemies, you were able to time and use this skill while attacking which lead to really fun combos with spawning a bunch of roots when doing the multi jab with the spear and similar:

 

This was so incredibly enjoyable to play with! So I'm wondering if we might see a return to these equipments?

Thank you for the wonderful game! The combat system is really rewarding and fun to play with and the game's only gotten better.

it was so fun playing with the mother treek set and striker, just roots and balls flying and damaging everything

Apparently, boss equipments are going to be locked behind something called super frenzied hunts, which is something I look foward to.

It's in the game , you can summon it through the console and it works fine , apperantly they are reworking them somehow we still have no info on it . but def not gone forever
