Lunar Siphonator should drop 1-2 Wagstaff Scrap when being hit with meteors

I made this suggestion buried in another thread, but I think it deserves its own discussion. The Lunar Siphonator is (visually) made almost entirely of Wagstaff's signature Scrap. Upon being hit by meteors, it is simply atomized. Thematically, it would be neat if a negligible 1-2 scrap were to drop when the Siphonator is destroyed by the meteors.
