Allow us to use Embalming Spritz in harvested giant crops to move they around like we already do with waxed crops.

Now we can wax giant crops with the Embalming Spritz but after that they can not be moved, and we can only do that before harvested. It would be nice if we could wax the giant crops after they were harvest to move they around and be able to harvest they after they were waxed.

And the only way I found to destroy giant crops after they were waxed with  Embalming Spritz was with gunpowder. It would be nice if we could do the same with hammers.

You can only wax they if they are not harvested, if you harvest it will not work. At least I could not in my test. It really look like a bug, but I don't know for sure.

You seem confusing farm plant with it‘s crop.

Also, the correct way to destroy it is with a shovel, the same as it was before waxing.

I din't tested shovels, but yes, it works.
