axxel
Hello, I'm sorry if it was answered before. I didn't found it with searching. Here's the question: Is there a standard/nice way to replace an element of a building without deconstruct it first and rebuild it manually? I want to upgrade a working pipe network with better suited materials. As far as I know I can place a tile over a ladder I was wondering if I will be able to reforge everything without worrying I misplace a pipe or a circuit. To be honest, I fear the worst and I am prepared to build it from scratch. Thanks in advance.
melquiades
You can replace the materials of tiles, pipes, wires and ladders with another one by building the same building on top, but with a different material. But you can't do that with other buildings like pumps, stations etc. there are very few buildings that can be replaced to another one, like the ladders to tiles (but not the other way around).
