Wigfried Commander Helmet and Shield, Lightning Spear should have a set effect

I think it would be perfect if Wigfrid wearing the Commando Helmet could deal 1.5 times the damage with her spear.

Because Wigfrid's spear can only trigger the wetness debuff on hostile creatures during spring for a 1.5x damage bonus, this is quite limited. It would be very beneficial if we could utilize a certain set effect to achieve this (or a limited implementation, such as requiring the wearer to have a high sanity level and wear the Commander's Helmet to trigger the 1.5x damage bonus).

I had an idea that once more, will not make it in, but the helm + spear could increase how far the lightning strike travels, thus increase it's hitbox

I wish wigfrid had a three hit combo like woody.  Maybe make a set bonus give a third hit that deals bonus damage.  

My qualm with wigfrid items is that they require lots of Azul feathers which are only available during the winter?
