What does Dark Lament and Enlightened Lullaby do?

A 5% bonus, SERIOUSLY? If I was single player, how could this tiny little 5% make any difference? If I had allies, combat isn't of any threat and this 5% bonus is still ignorable.

It reminds me of Wig's perks in the Forge, which approximately buff all allies' dps by a precious 3%.

Lets just delete these 2 garbage, replace them with battle skills like Willow's corresponding skill tree perks do.

They are end game items too (the shadow one requires you to give up dreadsrone armour if you want it early)

 

Though this feels like a joke it is that low lol.

green gem items would make it early game since daywalker is nearby the station to craft them...

I have a strange feeling that no matter how much this bonus is, it'll not work for Wig. Willow gets +25% physical damage almost for free, 15% seems pale when compared to that. And if it's too much it'll destroy multiplayer balance.

Literally perks that simply add some dmg or resistance are lame to see.
