So, the "Fighting Words" skill of Wigfrid... It makes some battle songs costs cooldown instead of inspiration. Bascially makes the cost free in return of some waiting. Sounds good on paper, but bad in application. The reason is,

First. You still need to gain enough inspiration points to use them. In non-boss battles you still can't easily activate the songs because collecting enough inspiration in non-boss battles is tedious, while you don't need to care about inspirations in boss battles because the bosses give plenty of 'em. This skill will hardly benefit you in non of the both situations.

Second, You can't use the songs when cooldown, even if you have enough inspiration to activate them. This means you should carry multiple duplicate songs to fully take advantage of it. Considering you still can use the instant songs multiple times in a row in boss fights, this skill tree makes situations more tedious and uncomfortable with such little benefit.

So here I suggest two possible changes for this skill :

1. Let the player activate the song even with 0 inspiration. This will make the instant songs very useful in non-boss battle and everyday life situations.

2. Let the player activate the song with inspiration when on its cooldown. In this way you don't need to carry multiple songs to use them frequently.

To address this, once you craft her thunder spear, you'll laugh about the suggestions later. As it stands, her dash makes battle songs more than viable in non boss confrontations. In the context of crowd control anyway.
